I still eat eggs, but not very often, cause I don't really like how they taste. And I don't read labels for by products (unless it's broth, tallow, etc.)

If you can eat Gluten then there's vegetarian chicken. You should be able to buy it at a Chinese supermarket.

It's made from Gluten and some other stuff. I believe it comes plain and you have to soak it in like chicken broth/chicken powder with water to get the flavour but it's very very yummy.

I just don't like the idea of animals being killed for meat or fish. And I don't like the conditions that cows, chickens, and hens are kept in in order to produce dairy products. I would be a vegetarian but I can't do the dairy thing anymore.
