Legally he IS a man, if not biologically. The thing that makes this newsworthy to me is that someone who felt so at odds with who he was born as would be willing to use the parts of himself that he probably desperately hates in order to have a child with his wife. Fascinating.

And the answer is no. That doesn't mean they should degrade and discriminate, but that doesn't mean they have to "call her by her rightful title" and say she's a white woman, when she is not. Even if she dyed her hair blond, put in blue contacts, and attempted to bleach her skin.
