I don't even drink milk, unless it's for my coffee. I only use skim, I can't handle anything else

On cereal or alone, I prefer skim milk. Everything else is too thick or something.

In coffee, I use 2% or soy.

Fat free skim milk is soo gross! It doesn't even cook well when I try to make sauces or gravy and stuff like that. I like 2%, 1% and skim but fat free skim is gross.

As a kid I always drank 2%. Then we switched to 1%. At some point I started drinking skim milk and now it's all I'll use unless I'm cooking with it. I've always been able to drink plain glasses of milk. You just work up to it and now I would probably puke if I drank a glass of whole or 2% milk.

If you're going to have fat free milk you may as well drink water.

Skimmed milk, though, is the only milk I will put in tea.

I grew up on fat free milk. If I drink any other kind it feels like I'm coating my mouth with butter.

I LOVE skim milk. I grew up drinking 2% with my parents and I can't go back to that. It's too thick and makes me nauseous when I drink it. Skim and me are likethis.

"Full" fat is 4%. I drank 2% for years but we started buying full when Noah switched to milk because babies need the fat. Now I can't even really drink 2%.

And skim looks and tastes like you took a glass of regular milk and added two parts water to it.

Full fat milk is the only way to go. Skim milk is gross.

I'm in Australia, our full cream milk has about 4% fat, low fat has 2% and skim has 0.1%.

For my morning tea I sometimes even use the creamy farmer's milk which has 4.7%.

Me too, I love full fat milk, that's why I go to the gym so i can enjoy all the good stuff, I hate all the calorie reduced, fat reduced nonsense.
