I just finished watching the Clean House &#39;Messiest House In The Country 2&#39; episode.


I&#39;m all for being a bit messy during the week (but cleaning up on the weekend) or being cluttered, but how do you let not cleaning get to the point it does
that this couple let it (there was literally old food and mold in the kitchen)?


Has anyone ever been inside an apartment or home that was REALLY gross? ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ My cousin&#39;s house is really bad. In the Kitchen they would leave dishes pilled high in the sink with food still on them. Their refrigerater had old food
still in bowls on the shelfs and the shelfs were really dirty. Under their beds there would be plates, bowls, and silverware that had never been cleaned and
cups. After they would eat in their rooms they would leave the plates on the floor and then after a week they would take them to the sink. Their bathroom was

			<description><![CDATA[ Oh! And I forgot my best friend&#39;s uncle&#39;s house. He&#39;s pretty seriously mentally ill (I don&#39;t know what he has but if I had to guess I&#39;d say
schizophrenia).

The walls in his house are literally black with filth. His bathtub and toilet are black and he keeps boxes and stuff in there. There are THICK cobwebs in all

messy. The girl&#39;s mother would leave piles and piles of dishes in the sink to the point where they were piling onto the counter top.

			<description><![CDATA[ My in-laws are like that. When we lived with them the house (kitchen in particular) was always disgusting. There literally would not be a single clean dish, if
you were hungry you had to wash out what you needed to make your food. There would be garbage (grocery bags, pizza boxes, McDonald&#39;s bags and wrappers,
etc) all around the couch because they&#39;d never pick it up. The cat&#39;s litter box wouldn&#39;t get changed nearly often enough. My father-in-law seemed

			<description><![CDATA[ I had a friend whose house was... not as terrible as vomit or untaken out garbage everywhere or whatever, but there was so much crap cluttered around and piled
up against the walls that it all just collected dust. Her many pets all used to shed everywhere and it didn&#39;t get cleaned up enough, and the whole place
just had this constant musty smell.

			<description><![CDATA[ My boyfriend&#39;s parents place is pretty bad. His room was spotless, but the kitchen was disgusting: food stuck to dishes &amp; pots, fruit flies everywhere,
dog food on the table (like loose, not in dog bowls on the floor), kitty litter all over the floor in the hall bathroom, cigarette butts and full ashtrays in
every conceivable location and used feminine products in the trash can in the kitchen. His mom was a TOTAL slob and his stepdad wasn&#39;t any better.

come over because of the smell. She moved her bedroom into the living room and turned the bedroom into a closet. Shit was just absolutely everywhere. And the
most random of shit would be in the wrong rooms. Bathroom stuff should stay in the bathroom, kitchen stufff.. you get the idea. When I stayed the night their

When she spills/drops something it stays there. The dust and dirt is so high on her floor. That you can actually make footprints in it like snow. And the
