			<description><![CDATA[ It&#39;s Ohio... the cop probably won&#39;t show up anyway unless you plead not guilty and take it to a hearing.

I got one in Middleburg Hts. 2 years ago MTAW. I was going 86 in a 60 on I-71. I had to go to court for it. It took a good hour to get to my name. I just stood
up in front of the judge and plead no contest. He gave me a $106 fine.

No contest and guilty are pretty much one and the same, but if there is other things that can haunt you with the charge... Like... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I always go to court - and 9 times outta 10 they don&#39;t show up. As for night court instead of day and wait till the 15th day to file for a court appearance
(you have 15 days from the day of the ticket being issued). That way, you may end up getting a court date a year after the ticket was issued and it&#39;s void. ]]></description>

<p> Unless he didn&#39;t use one?  A lot of police officers (here, at least) are trained to be able to determine speed roughly visually.  That can be used in
court.  Just a thought.  More than likely, however, he did use radar.

something they really care about. Unless it&#39;s a smaller town, then they might go. If cop doesn&#39;t show, nothing happens. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;d just plead NC and explain if the Judge asks you to. But even if the cop WAS wrong, trying to tell/convince a Judge that a cop was lying isn&#39;t the
best idea, lol.

And most cops have the video camera mounted up by their rearview mirror, which starts recording once they flip their lights on, and it has the time printed on
it. So if it really came down to disputing the time - whatever was on that video/the time in the car, would be what they&#39;d go by. ]]></description>

room there... with the stupid wooden seats and all. So, most stuff is done in these smaller rooms. ]]></description>

Lets say the speed limit was 65, the cop wrote 79 and YOU say you were going 73.. the Judges [I&#39;ve seen em do this maaany times] will be like okay, point
is, you were STILL speeding soooo oh well. So if you admit to going over the speed limit - the Judge... ]]></description>

want and then you&#39;re told your fines/points/judgement.
