I keep track very informally. I write an "s" on my regular wall calendar when it starts and then and "e" when it ends. I then count 20 days from the end and circle that date on the calendar so I have a basic idea of when to next expect it.

Of course, none of this worked when I just got my period on Sunday after just finishing it 9 days earlier. Grrr.

Yes, I kept getting really bad pelvic pain and it helped me figure out I was actually having ovulation pain.

No. I always have the same symptoms about 2 days before it starts, so I know it's coming.
