i find this quite confusing. if you are photographed half naked on a hotel balcony, and on the beach, how is that an invasion of your privacy? anyone using that hotel, or on the beach, i.e. a member of the public, would have seen her. if you want privacy, be discreet.

i hope she loses, because hers is completely different situation from the formula 1 boss) who was filmed behind closed doors. she's just trying to play the victim.

And the ho KNEW the pics were being taken after days one and even two. She knew they were being stalked yet she continued having her teenage looking breasts hanging out the window of her hotel and every place else while she was groping a married man. It's not like pictures of just celebs are published without "consent." What about those who takes pictures of others in public and then post them online? I don't see anyone bitching about that.

I don't know. I imagine if the area she was in was supposed to be secluded, then yes, she has the right to sue. It is obvious she felt comfortable being naked, because it probably LOOKED private.

Those "photographers" hide in the nooks and crannies of places. It sucks that they do that and are allowed to do so. I don't care who you are, that's just disgusting to be so sneaky and intrusive.
