Thanks! The pay is more than I could have asked for. A significant amount more than they would have started me out at the place I work now, plus I get stock options, bonuses, and the benefits are MUCH better.

and OMG I hate interviews too. I thought I did really bad at this one but they said they were really impressed with me. I almost felt like crying in the middle of it because I was so scared that I was doing badly.
