$2500 deductibles? That's insane. Mine is $350 and even if you get the cheapest insurance my company offers it's only $1000.

She never answered this. I am still not convinced that any insurance company would give a person who is less than 25 a $35,000 surgery...

If it's funded through tax payers, it's not free. What happens there if you lose the postcode lottery and the care you need isn't available? You just die?

Everyone in the UK is covered by the National Health Service, its funded through tax payers. So yes, basically all of our medical care is free, the only downside is that not all NHS services are avaliable in all areas so it is very much a postcode lottery, but generally everyone one gets the care they need. The majority of people have to pay £6...

Yeah I don't get why baby birthing should be free to some of you? **confused** Insurance or you have to pay for everything that happens. 6K does seem like a ton-my sister-in-law must have BADASS insurance because she only pays 2K total or close to that.
