Voicemail. Always. They manage to make you feel ike shit if you say no, soo I just avoid it lol

I've never had a job where they do this, but when I'm nursing I plan to just ignore it. When you're off work you're off work.

Voicemail. But unfortunately it's sometimes a 6 am call because I sub and they need me there at 7:15. I always let it go to voicemail...I hate being woken up like that. It's horrible...

Voicemail ALWAYS! I downloaded the most annoying ringtone for work too so its way too easy to ignore the call. I've told the one person I would even think of helping that if she needs me and calls from work, leave a message and call back in 2 minutes so I have time to listen to the message to know its her and then I'll pick up on the second call. If its anyone other than her I usually don't even bother calling back.

it depends, if my ft calls, they probably are having an "emergency." if it's my pt weekend gig, i let the machine get it bc they want me to pick up more hours.

Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of letting voicemail get it because its a family business, somebody probably wants to ask me to pick something up for them.
