The IOC's says they will not investigate simply because they want to avoid controversy and political tension. If they would do their job, this could be cleared up quickly and people could be happy and sure of everyone's results and relative medals.

I think there are two that are under 16. He definitely and there is another. They listed her birthday as January 2nd on an article I read the other day. I was shaking my head that the two youngest and in question had birthdays a day apart.

I'm pretty sure no one REALLY puts the fault on any of the girls. It's all towards the government/people in charge.

And the gymnasts CAN be 15, as long as they turn 16 by the end of the year.
