I went to three.
The first I walked because it was right down the street.
The second my grandfather drove us because it was about 30 blocks away
The last I walked.

sometimes if it was really cold or snowy, the guy who drove my grandma to her train would give us a lift.

From I think 2 grade to 4 or 5 grade I walked since the school was pretty much around the corner. I took the bus from then on since it was in another town or farther than walking distance.

I moved twice and went to 3 different elementary schools and was able to walk to each of them. I was so excited to finally get to take the bus when I got to high school!

Up until I was 10, my mom drove me to school...the bus driver was really insane (He would go on two wheels and stuff), so she drove me. When I was 10, I started walking. The school was right up the street from me. My mom told me that she actually followed me a few times because she was so nervous.

My mom drove me. I lived within a mile so the bus wouldn't get me and my parents didn't want me to walk.

Most of the time my dad would drop me off on his way to work, but in third grade I moved onto the same street as my best friend so we started going together...either taking the bus or one of our parents would take us.

I lived really close to school. Like, down the street and then turned and there was the school So my mom either drove me, we carpooled or something if the weather was nice we walked, but with my mom.

My school was a block from my house, but I still had to take a bus because there wasn't crossing guard on the busy road. My parents didn't trust me to walk until I was in 5th or 6th grade. Now the school doesn't even have buses available for kids in my neighborhood.

All of the above! In kindergarten I rode a bus from my baby-sitters. 1st-4th grades one of my sisters dropped me off on the way to their school. My mom picked me up afterwards in kindergarten, and 1st and 2nd I rode the bus to the high school and my sister picked me up. 3rd and 4th my mom picked me up. In 5th and 6th grade I either my mom either dropped me off or I walked to school. I couldn't be bothered getting up early enough to walk every day. I walked home almost every day in 5th and...

When I was in elementary I waked 18 miles, in 12 feet of snow, uphill, both ways, all year long!

I was considered a walker but my grandfather usually took me and picked me up (my mom didn't drive at the time and she also worked). The last year I walked home once in a while.

I remember we walked. I walked with my friends (one of my friend's moms babysat us ) When it was nice out, I think we used bikes.
