my calories before. I would say today is a pretty average day for me, too.

I ate that yesterday doesn&#39;t mean I eat that exact thing (and the exact amount of calories, sodium, carbs, etc in those foods) every single day. I by no
means said my diet yesterday was the same all the time, I said I can assume (as best could be assumed) that I eat about the same amount of <span style="font-style: italic;">calories</span> on a consistent basis. Could I be wrong on that part? Sure, but I was making an assumption based on what I know I eat
normally. And I do eat quite a lot of fruits and... ]]></description>

turkey sandwich (bread, cheese, mayo, mustard) and your soup and the cheese in it would have to contain only 569 calories all added together.  Even if you are
using low calorie/low fat everything, that is still not very likely.  I really think you are probably miscalculating/underestimating.  But hey that would be
fine since 1063 calories... ]]></description>

moment. How do you even know that&#39;s not 1063? Do you magically just know every amount of calories for every product ever made? You have no idea what kind
of soup I had, or how much, you have no idea what type of bread I was using, etc.
