yeah there is a dvd screener out and wow this movie really really distressed me ... so so sad just wow ...evil exists - amazing actors though

There's a version in the movie thread in MC that's pretty good. I watched it on my laptop while laying on my bed and there was no isseus with the picture at all, IMO.

Yeah. I want to go to see it but I don't have anyone to watch these two kids and I refuse to take my kids to see cartoons let alone something with screaming and cussing in it.

I liked this movie a lot and I like Mo but I hated her in the movie and Mariah did a great job. I was shocked that she did as well as she did.

I wasn't that impressed. The actors did a fine job, yes, but the movie overall sucked.

For the small role that she had, Mariah did an awesome job. Gabby, Paula and Mo were standouts for sure.

The execution is what did it for me. I blame Lee Daniels. The only film of his I liked was Monster's Ball. I lmao'd the entire time I was watching Shadowboxer.

Mo'Nique is a sure thing for an Oscar nod. If she doesn't people are going to be pissed. I think she may win it. I don't know of any other of actress that has giving quite a performance.

Also, the Caribbean girl was so funny and I just saw an interview with her and she didn't have the accent. It was so weirded out.

Mo'Nique was AMAZING in this movie. Def' one of the best performance I've ever seen in a movie. I didn't feel she was acting. I felt I was watching a documentary.

liked it. I didn't think it was the best movie of the year, but it was good. Mo'Nique's performance blew me away. She definitely deserves an Academy Award nomination
