No, I have a 2008, so the camera is a square on the screen right about where the CD player is on that picture. Mine has the camera, mpg/battery vs. engine thing, temp and audio all on the touch screen in the middle.

Pray to god the electric battery never goes bad because that thing is expensive. The cars are really quiet, yes (my dad thinks it sounds like a golf cart). My husband and I love it though! Mine is black and we'll drive through parking lots in "stealth mode." I get way too much enjoyment from driving RIGHT behind a pedestrian who doesn't know I'm there until BOOM... they finally realize someone is behind them. Have they always beeped in reverse? Or is that in newer models? You don't have to put the car in park (push "P") if you're turning the car off - you can just hit power

If it feels like it's shutting down when you're at a light, it's not - the engine is turning off and you're going into battery

Regular gas

It beeps when you're in reverse

So is there anything you really need to know before you drive one? Aside from the fact that the thing is super quiet and no one will hear you backing out of a parking space?

Oh and what kind of gas does it take? Obviously I can look inside the gas door but I'll probably forget to do that so if it needs premium I'll make a note now so I can try to remember.
