Dude, remember when I found that stray dog and Animal Control did jackshit? I got a letter from them yesterday and it just pissed me off more. It was like a total cop out letter. |

I got to meet my neighbor's puppy yesterday. It's 1/2 Pitt Bull and 1/2 Rat Terrier. The terrier was the mom...poor thing!

around 4pm, they stop pick ups at 3pm, why wasn't I told that?
