Madonna has enlisted Mike Tyson in her campaign to help Malawi. The superstar has become emotionally attached to the impoverished country since adopting baby David Banda from an orphanage there in 2006, and is trying to raise money to improve standards of living there and heighten awareness of diseases including Aids.
The 4 minute hit-maker has now approached former boxing champion, Mike Tyson to help her with her campaign, titled Raising Malawi. The famous pair met at the Cannes International Film Festival earlier this week and hit it off.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Madonna thinks Mike is amazing and he has promised to fly with her to Malawi in late summer to promote awareness of children with Aids there.
"Mike is eager to show he's turned over a new leaf and thinks this is the perfect way to do it".
