but i didn't have any real pain to begin with. some people say they do work though...and provide relief, at least temporarily. |

btw, i have the "Life Gear" model.
and the way it hooks to your ankles is kind of uncomfortable (which limits your time). anyway, i've never really got the adjustment right. |

My neck and shoulders are always stiff from being infront of a computer for 6 hours a day during work, I was hoping this would help. I saw it on an infomerical
last night and it seems like you could atleast get a really good stretch from using it.

I've never had a chiro work for me, either.

have you tried something "stretchy" like maybe yoga or Pilates?
something to pull and extend your muscles against the force of gravity? |
