Backstory... my coworker told me about her relationship with a married man for over 7 months, who apparently fooled her into believing that he would leave his wife for her. My coworker stayed with him because she was hoping that he would leave his wife. The married man eventually told her that he wanted to work it out with the wife after a few months of "dating". Well... anyways, I wanted to tell her she's a stupid ass cunt that's too fucken blind to see the real picture... the man will never leave his wife for her, but I didn't. It's none of my business.
So I thought my coworker's drama was over, but recently, she's been chatting it up with one of my friend's boyfriend at work. They occasionally hang out during lunch breaks. She told me they talk about personal things... asking each other about sex... the other day he let her borrow his hat and now she ended up keeping it because the hat smelled like her perfume...I can tell that she's smitten by him.
When she told me she was keeping his hat and them chatting it up about sex... I was a little suspicious. I told her to be careful because she might fall in love with him. (this isn't the 1st time she's fallen for one of the guys at work) and she got all defensive! She said "You think I would steal him? I would never do that to his gf... she's a nice chick" (but wtf... she's never hung out with the gf).
In response, I told her, "No...you won't pursue him...". Even though in the back of my mind... she might do something stupid again... because of her past).
I know it was none of my business, but was I overexaggerating the whole thing?
