They did a whole bunch of tests.. annd nothing. I got the call today that I had to go in to get my results and normally when they're fine they just tell you over the phone. So I was so stressed all day wondering if it was something serious but hoping at the same time they could find what is wrong with me and fix it. All they found out is that my ESR and CRP are high which have been that way for 3 years, but I tested negative for autoimmune disorders, lyme disease, my kidneys are fine, etc. And then I got the age old response which seems to be what I get told when a doctor can't figure out what's wrong with me.. "Well, maybe if you lost weight."
Great. Thanks. I had already point an appointment with a bariatric surgeon on Monday, I'm going in the middle of August. Try tired of being this way. Tired of yo-yo dieting, tired of being uncomfortable and just fucking fed up. If I could have the surgery tomorrow I would but I know it takes a few months. I finally have health insurance that I know I'm going to have for a long time (I didn't go for the consult last time since I knew I was going to end up leaving my job last year would lose the insurance.) so I can finally get this ball rolling.

Is there anything you can do for weight loss before the last resort of surgery?
yeah, exactly. doctors have the place to say that sort of thing but it's all bout tact, you know? people are so offensive when they say "why
don't you try to lose a little weight?" gee, think you're the first person to tell them that? or that they haven't tried? possibly tried
harder/worked at it harder than a lot of naturally slim people with good metabolism have ever had to work in keeping themselves fit. I swear some doctors
really need to be re-trained in bedside manner.
