Don't quote me on this but he might have had it specially made. it looks like some deviation on a coat of arms. Maybe it's his ancestry or he might have just worked with someone to create it from scratch. I dont know about the writing, unless its the surame, not "Timberlake" obviously but something further back? Maybe on his mom's side. Or maybe it's just the company that made it for him.

But the crowns at the top, it looks like those particular ones represent a rank in the church. But don't quote me on that, they might be representative of a duke, or something like that. Nobility of some sort.

I believe and there are a few things in that circle in the middle. It looks like just circles on the top, or maybe something called a orle, which symbolizes protection. And they look like suns on the bottom. Sun's usually represent glory, or a "fountain of life" They might also be stars, which represent someone who is noble. there might be a significance in the number, I'm not really sure, and I don't think that will happen anytime soon .

The symbol in the center of that circle is DEFINITELY a Fleur-de-Lis, which represents purity, and light. And it's largely associated with France.

EDIT 2: (lol) and if he made it from scratch, those crowns are generally accepted, unless they are religious symbolism, as female... so they might be in honor of his mother, and the rest of the stuff, the protection and the other stuff is representing him. Or maybe them together. I don't know. But, since it is him wearing it, it's a possibility. Has she ever been seen with a similar one?
