Okay, I read most of this thread - but it's now 21 pages and I can't keep up... I read the TMZ documents and at this point it's just accusations,
right? As is Lynne's word against his? Is there actual proof or just that statement? Just curious since this news broke yesterday afternoon and my local
channels haven't mentioned word one of it and they are usually all over new Britney news.
The statement was just so sick and twisted...

It is accusations, but remember Lynne had her friend there who could testify as a witness. It's also an official declaration, it's something she said
under oath, so its highly unlikely she'd have made it up.

Early show segment is so not worth watching they have people on there supporting Sam, show some random not even scandalous text messages, and claim Britney
asked Sam to marry her (he declined).
