I just want to share that I woke my husband up to tell him that I'm not the only person out there with retarded thumbs! I'm like, super-elated to have
stumbled upon this thread. My husband, on the other hand, rolled over and went back to sleep. So anyway, thanks Glo for starting this thread!!

A friend of mine has clubbed thumbs.

I really don't find it to be that weird. I mean it looks slightly different than a regular thumb, but nothing to be all OMGZZ!! about.
It kind of makes me curious as to how old some of these people are...I read the comments before the picture loaded and was expecting some horrific disfigurement. I wouldn't have even noticed it until someone pointed it out. |

I get this from my maternal grandma's side of the family. I tried making the second pic smaller, but somehow the bigger pic keeps getting posted.

About the royalty, I just found out that I do have royalty in my family tree VERY distantly.
Trust me, when I mean VERY disantly, I mean EXTREMLEY
distant.

My aunts thumbs are kind of like that. She was born without something in them, but I forget what it is. She complains about it all the time, lol.
I think Leighton Meester might have clubbed thumb too or whatever it's called. I remember noticing on GG that her thumbs were a little strange looking and definitely different from the rest of her fingers. |
