He isn't ugly. The bashers only post the bad pictures because they are bullies. He's way cuter than most of the musicians that people don't bash. It doesn't make any sense.
Look I'm fan, but Clay is ugly. Granted he looks better now (minus the blonde), but there's only so much a stylist can do. If someone finds him attractive, that's great. However I think the appeal is more his celebrity status than his actual looks.
And I think that the antics of the batshit crazy Claymates are the reason he became a target. Plus it doesn't help that he comes off as being very gay and very much in the closet.
