and I have no control over the temperature, would it get too hot if I put a small heater in there? Are small heaters meant for huge rooms? I already keep a
blanket and sweatshirt at my desk but it isn't enough, I am constantly freezing.

I didn't! Well, and I don't yet.
But we are opening a new office space since there are so many of us here now. In about three weeks I'll have
an office and I know that it will be sooo cold because my Mom will have total control of the thermostat like she does now!

I have a space heater in my office, it has come in very handy because I am always freezing.
The only thing you will have to get used to is people constantly coming in and saying "OMG, it's so hot outside, why do you have a heater on!?!!?" in a very annoying voice. |

make sure you check with your employeer to see if an small heater is acceptable at your place. at my work we are not allowed to have heaters - they take too
much energy or fry the electricity. something like that....

I think I got mine fairly cheap at Wal-Mart - it was on sale since it was in the summer.

I keep a small space heater in my office and it doesn't get too hot when I turn it on. I'll keep my door open and it evens out the temperature when
it's too cold in our building.

I used to use a heater in my office every day because I was the same way. I am always freezing and it didn't get too hot. It did short out the electricity
all the time if I had it on and someone made a bunch of copies or something, so you might want to check and make sure it's okay to have one.
