I don't want to call my gyno because i feel like this is a ridiculous question and they'll think i'm stupid. I had(have?) a yeast infection. They gave me a prescription yesterday, i used it yesterday. This morning my stomach hurt, i was in a rush, so i tried to um...push out poop so that i wouldn't have to go in public. There was a huge glob of the cream in the toilet.

I was expecting oral antibiotics I think they need to rule out creams all together. Pills are so much easier. A couple of years ago they gave me a prescription that was ONE pill and it took care of the problem.
