Mine is fucking horrible. I've done some really inexcusable things while upset.

Extremely. I was so pissed at my mom lately that I took a stack of food trays and dishes and threw them across the kitchen. Oops.
EDIT: I was sober.

Not really. I have "lost it" a few times but generally it takes a lot to really piss me off, and my anger is usually short-lived.

AHH He's just grating on my nerves today. I can't believe I got that worked up about it, though. EW
My hand is owwie now! I've thrown so
many phones, Kylie you have no idea!   Oh yeah and I messed up this keyboard in my fit of rage so now keys like enter and backspace don't work
and some keys type twos letter so it takes forever to type something and this will all be one paragraph lol.

She kept taking these trays from the party we recently had and putting them on my counter, on my chair, etc. They
weren't my trays yet she was making my areas messy with them. So I just got so pissed off since she is so childish and threw them at her counter.
