$7 base pay + commission so it's probably more like $7.75 last paycheck, this paycheck I'm hoping it'll avg like $10/hr, I did really well last
week.

$9.02
I get paid $0.03 less than one of the carry-outs in our store, and I've been working there about 2 years longer... I'm fairly miffed. |

well at least this says that teaching is a profession.
It irritates me to no end when people say it's a trade. |

It'll be like...$23 starting. HOPEFULLY starting in September if they don't change the date again.

You dodo. If you've worked in any of the sectors which I pointed out, you were protected by the FLSA. RIF, FFS.
I would punch anyone who said teaching is a trade. |

im commission at a salon. so i dont get a pay check and i dont earn an hourly wage. it fluctuates everyday/week.
and what i mean by not getting a pay check is that when i get paid by my clients and then at the end of the week i give my employer a check witht the difference that i owe her.

JustBrit2007 -- during the school year I'm a teacher's aide. For the summer, I work at the camp that my job offers. Being a counselor you make anywhere
from $50-90 a day (depending on how long you've worked there). I'm making $175 because I'm considered a "specialist" because I teach
Science. Its great pay for the summer, but believe me, its going to go wayyyy down when I go back to being just an aide

Damn, please tell me that most of yall are in high school or college. I dont get out of the bed for less than $20hr average. And even that isnt enough to
ensure that I get out the bed.
Mama! What are you doing up? Are you still up? How was last night? |
