Do you enter the dates in a list or calendar or something similar?

Yup. With a period chart I printed out. I keep it in the back of my planner.

I have been for about three years to try to find a pattern. I haven't had any luck yet.

No. My birth control keeps track of them for me.

I have a draft of an email in Gmail, that I just keep saving everytime I update it (so it doesn't send to me) and I write the dates in there.

Sometimes I circle the day I start on a calender. But mostly I just try and remember the date.

I haven't had to, because I've been on the pill for the last 6+ years and always knew exactly when it was going to be. I probably should now that
I'm off it, though.
Next time, I'll start. |

I tried just because everybody else does it but I'm not too good at remembering to mark it down. I can tell when I'm about to have it and I've
never been wrong, so it's not like I really need to mark it down to know.

imnotsayingitright wrote: Same. The only time I keep track is the month I'm going to the gyno. Because they always ask you "when was the first day of your last period?" and it only took me a few visits to realize I should come prepared because I'd stand there with a calendar for like ten minutes looking like an idiot trying to remember. |

Yeah. I have a yearly organizer and I just highlight the dates that I have my period.

Please explain that chart to me
Anyways, I just put a P in my calendar on the phone so I know when I started it. That way I can kind of know when to expect it next. However, I only started doing that because I stopped taking BC. |

I guess I just don't understand how it works. What's x and what's y? X is the months? Just curious because I like that idea...

It's funny because I do mine on my Yahoo Calendar, and there's a place on there where you can check that says "Is this an all day event?" and
I always say to myself "I wish my damn period didn't last all day."
