I don't remember the hover thing, but it was useful when you clicked the emoticon on the list in add reply and it put the code.
The Cake emoticons will not go away as long as Kim is a mod.

Speaking of smileys/emoticons, can we please get rid of the American Idol ones? I feel like they're clogging up the smiley list and are rarely used because
