Yes, there's no comparison in the way Jessica and Kellie have handled their careers.

so what she wants to do country, just because people don't like her to begin with doesn't mean she shouldn't do it. What I'm saying is people like a bubblehead like pickler and jessica is no different. |

She needs to stop talking about Tony so much... but I do think the way she worded that was kind of cute. K, but there's nothing wrong with her dedicating the song that she wrote for him to him ya know. This was her first big concert for the album, I don't think it's a stretch to give a lil background behind the reason for her song, especially when the guy and his family is like right there lol. And it seems like all these reports all of them stem from one local news story about the concert. That's why you're seeing those same quotes. They're not representative of the entire thing. There are videos and many other reports that said at best she was well received. But of course it's always the negative accounts that drives news these days. Her single just hit the top 20, good for her.

People do career changes all the time. I see no problem with her changing music genres. I remember seeing her interviewed once when she was popular as a pop
singer and she said that she really had wanted to start out in country music but she was "advised" that the pop music path was the way to go because
that was around the time Britney and Christina were taking off! And we all knew who advised that. She's an adult now and can at least have some say in her
career path. I just don't see what the big deal is! And if it is because her pop career is lagging then what's she supposed to do? Lay down and die?

"Tonight there's this guy here, he throws a football and he's really good at it, he's my better tomorrow and I wrote this song for him," she told the crowd.I guess she will never learn. I don't know what it is about him but every ounce of sympathy I might have for Jessica just goes away the moment he opens his mouth.Same, but also when she opens her mouth too. |

These are two stories from sweetkisses.com that claim she wasn't booed. Who knows.
Here are the videos proving that Jessica Simpson was NOT booed at her country music debut at the Country Thunder music festival in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Not only was she well-received by the audience, the festival management was so pleased with her performance that they want her back next year, according to a festival spokesperson. "All this bad press is coming from one newspaper report, and it's not true," the spokesperson said. "She did an amazing job!" On top of that, NONE of the on-line publications (with the exception of us and People) were even AT the event! Don't believe the lies people! Check out our videos so you can see for yourself. In the first video Simpson told the audience that she was going to sing two more songs, but then decided only to sing one more. To that people in the audience shouted "no" because they wanted to hear more! When Jess asked if they want two they shouted "yes" and there was no booing. When Simpson said she'd sing two more songs people cheered. When Simpson sang Son of a Preacher Man she was a chatterbox and stopped the song in the beginning to tell a story about her parents. She said, "I know I am a chatterbox, you guys should just tell me to shut up and sing!" Some people in the audience did shout just that, but they didn't boo! So there you have it. I'm sure there were some people in the audience who weren't Simpson fans and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few people who booed. There always seems to be that one a**hole at every event who boos! However, we didn't see or hear it! It's sad that every blog and on-line magazine is picking up the one lone bad story that is coming from a podunk newspaper report. This was Jessica Simpson's big country debut that she worked her a** off getting ready for and did a great job. We hope there are noble outlets out there that will pick up the true story! • Source: thesebootsaremadeforstalking.com ... and one more review...
