the only time I'm scared is if I'm e-mailing because I don't want to call... then they'll know I'm at my computer and probably able to talk
on the phone.
I hate talking on the phone! |

No. I get scared when it takes awhile. I just emailed my professor about 15 mins ago and she hasn't gotten back to me, she's probably pissed.

This is why, even if I'm not busy, I always wait about half an hour before I reply to an email - it's not creepy that way.
Unless, of course, I know the person (I mean man) is waiting for me to reply and will go crazy until I do - then I always find it best to wait one or two hours

My e-mail is always open, so I see immediately when something pops up. Depending on who it's from though, I'll wait to respond just so they don't
think it's creepy.

No, not at all. I get more scared if they take 30 minutes or more to respond to my email.

no, some folks have email notifications that just pop up on screen or they get them on their phone.

No I like it when I get replies back real fast. But I don't get mad if I don't get one back with in a few hours.. People are busy.
But I do feel weird replying back as soon as I get an e-mail |

Not really :lol I hate waiting!
I sent my Travel Agent an e-mail and went to get a drink when I was finished. By the time I got back she had already replied to me haha |

no.......why would you be scared?
what an odd thing to be scared of. I LOVE when people reply right away. as some have mentioned, some people have their
tabs open all day & get instant notifications of new email. or sometimes people just happen to sign into their email right after someone has emailed them.
who cares? and if it's a really quick response, then what's the problem?

Yep. Which is why I usually wait an hour to read it.

No. I love people who respond immediately. I always have my email open so I usually respond to emails right away.
I don't know why anyone would be "scared". How strange. |

I love it when I get quick responses! I mean, if I send out an email in hope of getting a response, why wouldn't I want the person to reply ASAP?
