I thought the black character would be some rinky dink role, but since he's one of the new "Walshs" he must be a prominent character. I'm so proud of the new 90210. But now I'm going to need them to cast some black girls, so he can have a love interest! |

I am so annoyed when shows have another black character simply for the sake of being the love interest for the first black character. Like, that's her only
role. So he needs a couple of black girls to choose from

I doubt his love interests are gonna be Black, at least not a main character. Although, I would love to see how they would cast a Black female and what kind of
personality would they give her. It'd be cool to see her be the mousy Andrea rather than a teen Jezebel.

I forget exactly but she was a writer. She was from Texas. I think she wrote motivational books or something. I forget the details.

LoL, I got to like season six and my illegal DVD collection crapped out. The only black girl I remember Brandon almost being romantic with was when he got
stuck in Texas with Steve for some reason and he spent the day with her and she wrote about Angels and Brandon gave her the courage to move to New York the
next day. Maybe that's the Maia girl.

Yes -- that was Maia's character. Its coming back to me now.
Wonder what poor Maia is up to now. She was such a beautiful girl. Hope she got the help she needed. |
