I missed all the pictures, but from the responses it sounds like her eyes aren't aligned correct? If so, she should see opthamologist and have eye muscle
surgery.

BTW everyone seems to have their definition of a lazy eye wrong.
A lazy eye isn't an eye that turns out. That's strabismus.
