I think part of it has to do with the fact that Gossip Girl is on The CW.

I love neither so...yeah. However my old roommate would watch GG and my other old roommate would watch OC. Out of the 2, GG was a bit better but I still
don't like either of them.

The OC had humor and wit. I love The OC, but I can't get in to Gossip Girl. I started watching The OC when I was 17 though, so maybe my tastes have
changed.

I love them both, but I love the OC slightly better. The characters of the parents specifically were way better IMO, and no one can replace Seth and his
Sethness.

I wish people would understand the the good majority of GG fans didn't watch it when it was in TV, they watched it online. I caught on to it late, so I
watched it all on sidereel
, but this season I will definitely be watching Monday nights and I think more people are going to tune in. It has this huge
following despite the ratings.

I watched all of GG through torrents. I'm sure loads more people watch it then is actually reported. I never really got into The OC, Mischa Barton's
acting was too horrible.

Yeah, I have no idea how so many people love OTH. I can't stand the acting!
I like both, but Seth will always have special place in my heart. And the parents in GG are so ridiculous. They're not even parents!
