I went to this cupcake place in LA called Crumbs and got a red velvet cupcake, and I swear it was just plain chocolate, I was so mad. Usually when I have red
velvet I don't taste much chocolate (well, I kinda do. I don't know, hard to explain). That wikipedia link makes it seem like it's mostly
chocolate. Hmmmm.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!! It's soooooooooooo good! It's my favorite cake EVER and was the bottom layer of our wedding cake! =) It is a kind of chocolate,

the best way i can describe the taste of red velvet cake is cocoa infused vanilla cake. It's technically not chocolate cake, but you can taste the coca and
it is topped with cream cheese frosting, its my favorite!!
