Who has a three-day wake?A number of cultures have multi-day events surrounding death of a loved one. We aren't that removed from having similar customs. |

its creepy how when someone is dead, they do not even look real anymore.It's from the draining of bodily fluids, the removal of organs (not always done) and then the injection of embalming fluid as well as the makeup used. Natural (not embalmed & made up) deaths cause individuals to look far more real.

That guy in that picture looks like a damn zombie and that is why corpses should never EVER be standing. I know he is probably propped up or something but could you imagine if he fell on one of those people that was touching him? I know they loved him but they probably would have shit all over themselves if that would have happened.
