I'm still super excited about the games being there, but I was expecting more hten that
It was cool though.
That was it? I thought London would do it bigger.

I thought everything was off and a hot mess. It became especially clear during Leona's performance
Despite the sound problems, I expected more too. I was sitting here
wondering wtf that was supposed to be in the beginning with the bus and the dancing people

That was bad lipsynching on Leona's part.

I wonder if London is kinda going to suck. Besides the controversy over some stuff in China, the facilities and ceremonies were some of the best I've seen
for the Olympics. It will be hard to top.

I hate when the flame goes out. I almost cry every time.

The only complaints I've heard about from people who have been is the bad coffee and the food wasn't always that great.

Aww, I liked how they showed the memories on the screens of each day. I'm sad!

I liked the lighted umbrellas!
It's sad the games are over, but for me, they were kinda boring this year. I much preferred the 2004 games. |

They pretty much ended for me when gymnastics and swimming ended, but I'm still sad for some reason.

I'll be happy when it's all over and we can get back to normal programming.

LMAO, all I can think of was someone's comment in the Olympics opening ceremony thread talking about what the London organizers were probably thinking:
"We need midgets! Unearth a dinosaur! OHMYGOD, how will we top this?!?!"
If that was a preview of what 2012 will be like... yeah. |
