I feel it's 50/50 with love/hate.

But then again I don't go to any twi boards or the Lexicon or anything, so I guess that might be why I feel that wayThat could be, because I've seen more hate and dislike off those boards than love. I don't fully hate or love it. There are parts that I don't care for, and there are things that I'm fine with that I'm sure people despise. I know that it pissed me off when she had to drink blood, and the eating of the uterus. I mean, c'mon, I threw the damned book. Can't get much more of a visceral reaction than that. |

I liked Eclipse, but BD just let me down. I think the way I weigh the book is like this: There were a lot more things I did not like about this book than I
did. The weight of my dislike far outweighed what was good about the book.
I can kind of understand why someone like it and I fully understand that most people got what they "wanted." |

I don't think I got what I wanted out of it. Yes the whole story was all wrapped up with a tidy bow but I came too easily. Life just isn't like that,
if I knew it was going to be a fairytale I probably wouldn't have started the series or I would have quit at Eclipse.

As far as the other books, I know I'm in the really tiny minority that liked New Moon, and a somewhat larger minority that like Eclipse. I don't find Jacob disgusting or reprehensible at all; I think Bella had a hand in making Jake into what he has become vilified as. I think there is a definite dichotomy between Edward and Jake, and those are the two separate sides that tug and pull at Bella. |

Sorry, Edward is there in Breaking Dawn. New Moon is terrible, too little Edward.
Well, not terrible, but you know what I mean. |

I know, New Moon has become the lesser of two evils for people.
Justice feat. Uffie - The Party I love this remix! Anyone a fan of Justice? |

I definitely didn't like most of Breaking Dawn. Some of the elements I wanted happened like the wedding, turning Bella into a vampire, they finally had
sex, Volturi element was brought back. Yeah, but it was all done in a lame way. The wedding barely happened. The turning was during child birth.. and she had
no problems as a vampire. The sex was going to always be a letdown. The Volturi incident was the biggest cop-out ever. Frankly, I'd rather read fanfiction.
The entire point of New Moon and Eclipse were to show us how hard it was for them to be together. Sacrifice. Yet, in the end everything was too neat. The baby,
Charlie, she is married to Edward but basically raising her child with her ex-boyfriend, no blood lust, no consequences with the Volturi. It was a
disappointment. Plus, not enough Edward for me.
I thought the idea of Bella having another rival for her affections was a better idea than it was when carried out. Jacob was never a real rival. He was just the guy that was there. Plus, his brash lame ass demeanor was immature. ZOMG Bella kiss me, if you don't.. blah blah. Bella wasn't much better.. she twittered around at times in such annoying ways. Basically, it was written horribly. Most random use of first person narration ever. I could have been down with a triangle but it wasn't a viable one. Therefore, since the outcome was obvious the entire thing appeared like an annoyance in the way of the ultimate end. |

I was looking forward most to Bella & Edward's wedding because I thought FOR SURE they'd be reading their own personal vows to each other. But no,
that didn't even happen!

I just read the script for "Adventureland" (Greg Mottola - Superbad) because I was curious what Kristen Stewart's character was gonna be like.
I've never seen her do a comedy. And uh, all I can say is, I'm beginning to think homegirl is a closet freak! Pretend sex and fake orgasms with Ryan
Reynolds? Lucky bitch. Then there's "Welcome To The Rileys" with Mr. Tony Soprano himself where she plays a stripper. It's always the quiet
ones, isn't it?

There's one part of the script where I'm like, 'I SOOOOOO can't picture Kristen doing this!' It'll be pretty amusing to watch.
Emily (her character's name) |

LMAO, nice. I don't know, I can kind of see Kristen going for varied roles like that. It'll be interesting to see how that turns out, though.
