What we were talking about was ONE issue/topic. I was talking about ONE of the major reasons I am voting for McCain, and it is because I don't believe people who make more than $42k a year should be taxed MORE. Does that mean only looking out only for myself? No, it doesn't because there are PLENTY of single people out there making more than $42k a year who will be hit by the tax increase and I don't think that is fair to them. I'm all for giving a tax cut to those who don't make much, but I also don't believe taxing people who make what is considered middle class, if that, for their place of residence is a fair trade. It's really sad to try and have a decent debate with people here because statements like "go and die" and "you're stupid" run rampant. It's just immature. I'm fine if people don't agree with me. But the statements that go along with the replies/rebuttles are just childish and immature.

And I don't know for sure if he'll bring in more jobs, but Clinton certainly created more jobs during his presidency. And if Obama gives tax breaks to companies (that's IF), it would most likely end up in creating more jobs.

No. So therefore, if you'd vote for McCain, you'd be wanting 4 more years of the same thing we've had. I honestly believe that with change like Obama, his polocies and ideas, we can bring more jobs into our economy. For instance, economical cars such as hybrids or coming up with more affordable ways of using gas and energy. Look at all the jobs that could be created there. They need to quit sending our jobs overseas and create more here.

If all of this programs are put into place that many people seem to want, our taxes will be through the roof. Do I wish everyone had health insurance, absolutely! Do I wish there were better programs for the poor to rise above it all, yep! Do I wish the school systems were better and kids were allowed a great education at whichever school they choose, yes! I wish we all had the same opportunities in life and that all those opportunities lead to a wealthy, happy life. Unfortunately, someone has to pay for it all. That would be us. I don't know what the happy ground is and I sure wish someone would figure it out. Then we wouldn't have to talk about it anymore.

My point was that rich Republicans bitch about their taxes paying for shit and it doesn't because they get effin' more money back than a poor person paying taxes. So who really funds this country? The poor, the middle class (well there isn't a middle class anymore), not rich people YET they get breaks left and right and then complain about how their money is being spent BOO HOO.
