Go somewhere with that condescending and judgemental bullshit. I find it laughable that you have a solution for EVERY problem I listed, when you know damn well it's much more complex than that.babydtc23 wrote:

You can't CHANGE shit if the current government is hell bent on not admitting there's a real problem in the first place!!!! That hypocrisy line is a joke.

I wish we could get rid of most of the current politicians and both parties and just find some honest people that care to fix this country and help people rather than attack one another over and over again.
I agree but I also wish many would become the change they so desperately want in the world. Practice what you preach or sit down because I don't see anything productive about hypocricy.![]()
Everything in your own life is partially your fault or your praise. That isn't a hard concept to grasp is it? I never said it's your fault for all the things you listed, but you sure do play a part in the outcome whether you want to believe it or not. I believe 10% in life is what happens to you and 90% of it is how you react to it. You can change your own life in so many ways that have nothing to do with the government. The government is a huge factor in the way our country runs but it's not as much as you conveniently want it to be. All of the things you listed you have power over in some way shape or form. There are many jobs out there to do, many just refuse to do whatever it takes to pay the bills, and sitting on unemployment is just easier. I know a lot of people who would work hard labor, something that they are not used to because it's available and they need the money. Some would never get dirty to pay the bills and are just too lazy, some have too much pride. I think it's a choice to be unemployed in my honest opinion, with a few exceptions. Whenever I have been laid off I have returned to waitressing, it pays the bills until I can find something better.
Gas prices are high, yes, unaffordable to many yes, ok what are your options outside the government cleaning that mess up for you? Are you too proud to hop on a bus or take the transit/train? What about commuting? I'd like to know how many people who complain about the gas prices have actually made the effort to solve their own problem and ask around at their workplace who they could commute with. Granted some people all these options are just not practical, but for the most part it's doable if you choose to solve your own problem. As for homes being forclosed, yes that sucks but who forced you to nuy a house in the first place? Did you prepare for a worst case scenario; getting laid off, illness, saving, mortgage interest rates rising? I am still renting because I am not ready to take that on yet without a plan B. I don't expect that plan B to be planned by the government, as they creat a lot of the problems we do face and they do assist with certain things but ultimately this is your life to plan out and overall you have more of a say in the way your life pans out then most here care to admit.
The hypocricy is directed to people who have a Lion's roar when pointing the finger at someone else yet when the finger gets pointed at you, your voice suddenly becomes silent.
Call me all the names in the book but I don't sit around feeling sorry for what I don't have and actually am grateful for what I do. I don't rely soley on the governement to solve issues I can try solving myself or take responsibility for myself. Complaining all day does nothing.
