What film is it?
I never understood why people complain about subtitles, they require little effort and the film is often better in it's original version than dubbed. |

You know, most of the movies people see in Europe have subtitles. And amazingly enough, Europeans seem to handle it just fine without any complaining
whatsoever. Now, why do you think that is?

I didn't complain, just commented. Plus it's weird. It's called Water Lilies

Then why would you say europeans have no choice in seeing subtitled films?

Did you seriously think I meant that all movies they receive are going to be in foreign languages and nobody would every proved them with non subtitle films?
That doesn't even make any sense. And I was actually being smart because of her "amazingly enough..." sentence.

I have to say that I never really had a problem with subtitles until I had to watch 8 1/2. There's so much going on in that movie that it was actually hard
to watch it with subtitles because you're supposed to be paying attention to the images. It's difficult.
