My neighbors put their McCain/Palin signs right at the end of our driveway...I don't want to look at them every time I exit my driveway. So, now it's
in my trunk instead.

Doesn't really represent "free speech" does it?

What are you going to do if they start asking around for their sign? |

why would they put it at your driveway? That's stupid. I would have done the same.

Just don't open your trunk around the neighborhood anytime soon

If it's on my property, I'd remove it too. Feel free to plaster them all over your yard, but if I'm not for him, I don't want to be seen that I
am.

I would have taken it out of the yard by my driveway also...but I probably would have just stuck it in the grass closer to their house or something, not put in
my trunk.
though I do think thats funny |

Well, we live in the country. Both of our driveways are like 1/3 of a mile long. Hence, we don't talk to them very much. They have like 200 feet of land on
the road. Usually they put their signs way over by their driveway, but this year...it was literally 1 foot from the edge of mine.

I'm not for McCain, but in certain states his signs are hard to find and I'd be pissed if someone stole it. I hope they were watching you from their window when you did it. |

I don't understand why people put those signs up anyway. I don't care to know who they support.

i don't think that's funny at all. that's really rude and is silencing free speech. if somebody made the same post and changed the mccain/palin
part to obama/biden i bet everybody would be majorly bitchin'. such double standards.

You have a right to move it but you should give it back

Wow. I never knew Democrats would be so against free speech. I would think it would be encouraged.

You could have just moved it closer to their driveway. You didn't have to take it.

I would have gotten TWO Obama signs and put one up right in front of the sign and one up in back of it. So it's like: ||| your sign, their sign, your sign.
Free speech is given to the ones who are willing to shout!
