Well this is what happened...

We hung out Friday night for like an hour and a half - we fooled around a little. Then we went out with my friends on Saturday night and his friends Monday night. Everything was fine. I didn't even think that anything was wrong.

Then, we were texting today during my lunch period and he mentioned how crazy work was and how he probably won't even get a bonus this quarter so he's doing this work for nothing - and I joking around said "Aww that sucks... I could give you a bonus though " And then I go back to teach. Then, when I get back to the office from my off period I see a text from him claiming that our relationship is just about sex and I was like I was joking, it's not just about sex we go out with our friends we do other things, etc.

Then he goes off on this whole thing about how he can't be in this relationship anymore, how work is really busy, etc. So I'm getting very upset and I have one more class that I have to teach so I'm trying to stay cool but I want to cry - so I go outside to try to talk to him but he won't answer his phone. So I go back up to the office, crying, and one of my co-workers told me to turn off my phone. So I turn it off and try my best to teach class.

After class is over I have a meeting, but I look at my phone and see all of these messages from him about how we can't do this anymore and how it's an "unhealthy" relationship and how he'll have no time to devote to me and that I deserve someone who can give me more and who won't be as possessive and jealous as him. So I'm very upset at this point, I run out of the room hysterically crying.

Then on the way home, I call him up and we have this whole convo and at the end of it he's basically like, "I like you, but what I'm saying is that I cannot be in a relationship during the holiday season." So I tell him that he really fucking hurt me and that I can't talk to him right now and hang up the phone
