I could set my treadmill to 15 and sprint for a minute or 2, but after that I would be on my face.
What speed do you set the treadmill to when you use it?

I run the same speed on the ground as on the treadmill. I run 7 minute miles outside and in, and I have been running for 20 years.

I usually do around 6.5-7.0, depending on how long I'm running. |

What brands of treadmills can go up to 15 mph?

Yeah. I've never seen a treadmill go up that high. All I've ever seen was 10.

Maybe some really expensive ones at the gym do, I don't know.

I know the treadmills on the Biggest Loser can go up that high. I don't know if they go to 15 or what, but they definitely go up MEGA high because Jillian
will make them do a pace like that for 30 or 60 seconds occasionally.

The ones at my gym go up to 15. I have never seen anyone go faster than 10, though.

All treadmills I've ever seen stop at 10MPH, and I run quite a bit and personally think that running on a treadmill is harder than running outside.
To answer the OP's question, I run for 30 minutes a day between 5-7mph. |
