I've graduated college already and I want to take a class just for fun. I always thought a children's lit class would be interesting. Anyone ever taken
it? What books did you have to read?
Has anyone ever taken a children's lit class?

I'm an education major and took a Young Adult Lit class... It was a lot of fun. I know that's not exactly what you're asking but we read a lot of
contemporary young adult novels.

I did.
I remember having to read the 3rd Harry Potter. There was a bunch other books. Lots of Dr. Seuss. Um. I don't remember specifics! Sorry. We also had to write our own book. |

I did, but it was a really simple class. We mostly just gave presentations on certain authors, and the teacher would show certain childrens books and what they
were good for. I like childrens literature so it was kind of fun, but I didn't learn too much.
