There are special schools where people go specifically to learn how to be zoo keepers and exotic animal keepers. Its not easy and there is a lot of training and testing and its hard core.
Some looney toons suburban dipshit decides she and her friend can handle re caging/caring for a wild UNDOMESTICATED animal thats clearly out of control? WHAT HAPPENED IS PREDICTABLE, except if you think you have a magical connection to your pet and therefore nothing like this could ever possibly happen.
I have a dog. A well behaved dog. But I never forget that she is an animal and can revert back to survivor behavior if she gets scared or startled or injured. I dont believe just because I love her and she is my pet that she couldnt one day bite me or someone else.
Its not likely but imagine having a CHIMP and then the likelihood of a non domesticated animal (unlike a dog which is domesticated for thousands of years) this woman was a felony waiting to happen.
You can't domesticate a chimp, and I think this is pretty much proof of this.
