I wasn't sure about it at first because his handwriting is so weird. It's actually "B.R.D." but it kind of looks like an "H". I
thought about changing that to make it look more like a D, but then it wouldn't be his handwriting, so I left it. Even if I'm the only one who knows
it's supposed to be a "D", I'm okay with that because that's his.

Um, it was pretty painful. But I also have one on my side (the meaty portion) and on my foot, and this one hurt less than either of those.

Just think of it this way: any tattoo you get is going to hurt, but they're so worth it in the end. I will always have this reminder of my grandpa.
