In my opinion, it is the worst bank ever. I was always having problems with them. Haven't had a problem since I left.

I've never had a problem with them in the 5 years I've used BoA, but other JJBers hate them. So.....

I've heard JJB bitch about it quite often, but I've never had a problem with Bank of America.

I've had bank of america since i was 16 and i'm now 23. I've never had a problem with them. Well someone stole my card info offline, but BOA
contacted me as soon as it happened and put the money back into my account.

My Mom has had Bank America for 30 years + she has had a couple minor problems over the years but they were quickly resolved. I do my banking with a Credit
Union after leaving Wells Fargo who seemed to charge me for every darn thing

BoA is a good bank. Usually the people that complain don't understand the basic concepts of banking and get pissed when they're caught trying to kite
checks.

I think they mean "float checks." As in writing a check when you don't have the funds to cover it, and hoping your paycheck/direct deposit will
be deposited in time. So then when their check bounces they get pissed and blame the bank.

The best thing about BoA is that they have atms everywhere.
I notice the mainly people complain about the fees. As long as you're not the type to overdraw/bounce checks, and keep your required balances you should be fine. I've been with them for years and never get charged fees. |

My parents did and had major problems with them, and switched to WaMu. I went from WaMu/Chase to Citizens Bank, and I hate them both. So, I'm in the
process of looking for a new bank to open an account at.

I have never heard anyone say anything positive about Bank of America. I loved WaMu but now it's Chase
.

I've got BoA now and haven't had any major problems with them. But I also monitor my cash flow and balances. I've overdrawn a couple times, but
that was my error and not them.
