kripke sucks for that predictable finale (i think someone in here owes me money for decoding that ausiello spoiler) and those shitty camera angles. WHAT THE
EFF WAS WITH THE CAMERAS TONIGHT?! and the coloring. ugh. stop trying to be kim manners with the extreme closeups.

Don't ask me WHY... but tears came to my eyes when "Carry On My Wayward Son" started. We were all hoping and wanted it... and there it was. Wouldn't have been the same w/out it. I don't know if it was because of the spoilers, but I was also a tad underwhelmed. I didn't think the episode sucked, but it wasn't like the other finales. But...we just knew everything already. More notes: - Ruby did NOT just say "persqueeter". Did Dean not use that term already a couple seasons back? - We KNEW Zachariah & Co. wanted the Apocolypse to happen - 2 virgins and 72 sluts... that was kinda funny. - I love our show but the sound effect when Dean hit Cas? This isn't Terminator. - Fucking Ruby. I KNOW it was you who changed Dean's voicemail message. - C'mon Sam, listen to your brother... - Dammit, Sam! Now Ruby just got exactly what she's wanted all along! - Now turn around and kill the bitch. - And stop calling him Sammy, ya hooker - GET HER, Dean!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DIE you evil, skank ass bitch!!! OK.. so yeah. We knew a lot was coming and pretty much had most of the rest figured out. I was still saying, "Son of a bitch!" BUT... at least we get another season. I would hate for the show to go out like that. |

Ok! I just saw the finale and I have to admit I was all
 ing for the sole reason that it was my first finale
But I don't think it was that bad! True the first half was not action-packed, especially compared to last week's, but it was necessary to get there! Now where there was is a whole other story! The ending wasn't that big! I was more excited that Ruby got killed like that than the rising of Lucifer

It was my first finale, too, and I think I was just like underwhelmed maybe because it was such. I feel like it wasn't so much a season finale as it was a
regular old episode. Like I was waiting for them to bring it harder. I didn't totally HATE it...I just didn't think it was a good season finale.

It's playoff hockey time here in Detroit so I was off watching my Wings advance to the Western Conference finals! WOO! 
I haven't even SEEN the season finale yet, except for the last 5 minutes when they finally killed sucky mcsuckerson GC. Hopefully I'll be able to catch it this weekend. |

I watched it again and after a second viewing? Still. Boring..
I'm really disappointed that THAT was the season finale because it feels like, really? THAT's what the whole season led up to? Really, Kripke? Also, I'm a little over the Angels. Castiel was great at first, but then all the other Angels came and were sucking up screentime, that the novely has worn off at this point for me. I love Misha, he's awesome, I just don't need him on screen all the time, I really hope that's not how it will be next season. This season started out fantastic, but IMO lost it's footing a few times after the 409 and 410 two parter and then just went downhill after the third brother bull and then we get that shitty Season Finale. They wrote Sam as a complete moron this whole season as well, and that annoyed me to no end, I hope he gets some brain cells back next season. I've never felt like this after a finale, but at this point, looking back at the whole season? I'm sure glad it's over.

I've felt so good about the majority of this season. It started out CRAZY strong...probably up until that big break we had around the holidays. It
wasn't horrible after but there were some stinkers in there. I feel like the ep 22 was Epic and leading up to some amazing stuff and I think that's why
it felt the like the finale was so blah. We got set up to be brought back down. I totally don't have that "OMG, I can't wait to find out
what's going to happen!" feeling that I was afraid of getting which I guess is a good thing.
You know what's hilarious? Everywhere that I've seen comments on the ep (from friends and here and the IMDB board) the overwhelming line is "Really, Kripke?" Ha. The Misha stuff...I just saw this week in some interview that he said he was going to relocate to Vancouver. We knew about him getting promoted to "regular" for the series but dude, I thought that meant about as regular as Bobby was around. Not like "Let me move to Vancouver" regular. I love him but yeah, um, yeah.

Yeah, he's a series regular. Like Katie and Lauren were during Season 3 with their names under Starring and not Guest Starring. It'll be Starring:
Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins. I believe he's signed on for 17 episodes out of 22 next season.
